WIPS Access Change Requests
To request a new account and/or modify existing access to the WIPS, please use the link below for your grant program. Note: Only the Authorizing Official (AO) can request and modify WIPS account access.

1. Nursing Expansion (NE), Building Pathways (BP), and Industry-Driven Skills Training Fund (TF) grantees

• WIPS Access Form – H-1B and Training Fund Grants
• This form must be submitted by the grant AO.

2. Strengthening Community Colleges (SCC) and Critical Sectors Job Quality (CSJQ) grantees

• WIPS Access Form – Other DSI Grants
• This form must be signed by the grant AO.

H-1B Participant Individual Record Layout (PIRL)
The H-1B PIRL file contains the approved list of data elements H-1B grantees are required to collect on their participants.

Quarterly Narrative Report (QNR) Template (ETA-9179)
The QNR is a summary of grant activities that occurred during the reporting quarter. A Microsoft Word and PDF version are available.
