About

The H-1B PIRL file contains the approved list of data elements H-1B grantees are required to collect on their participants and their corresponding code values. It also contains the validation rules the reporting system uses to check data files for errors. H-1B grantees must have this file to accurately report on participants each quarter.

This version applies to active H-1B grant programs awarded in 2023 and later, including Nursing Expansion and Building Pathways to Infrastructure Jobs.
