• Crosswalk: Performance Outcomes with PIRL Data Elements - This table aligns the performance outcome names across the grant Funding Opportunity Announcement and the Quarterly Performance Report and lists the data elements required for counting a participant as having achieved the outcomes.

• Flow Chart: Primary and Secondary Data Elements in Real -Time Outcome Aggregations -  This flow chart shows the data element path that must be reported in order for each outcome to be aggregated from a data file.

ETA oversees the performance accountability provision of WIOA to obtain valid, accurate, and comparable results across states to inform policy and program decision making.
