Taking Charge of Your QPR: Performance for Non-Performance Staff
About
As your grant enters its final months, it’s more important than ever that your Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) accurately reflects your grant’s success.
This performance technical assistance event is targeted to project managers and other staff who normally take a “hands off” role in submitting participant data; however, the concepts and techniques are applicable to the work of any staff member who plays a role in data collection, tracking, or reporting.
Some of the topics covered include:
- The current total QPR outcome results for all One Workforce and Rural Healthcare grantees,
- Plain language descriptions of how the reporting system counts participants in the QPR outcomes using the concept of primary, secondary, and extra data elements,
- Common reporting issues and how to spot them,
- Data validation tips and techniques, and
- Walkthroughs and scenarios that demonstrate the concepts discussed.
