About
As we near the end of this grant, many grantees are shifting their energy toward an emphasis on participant supports that result in program completion and industry certification, as well as ensuring participant career readiness and job placement. In this session, we will reintroduce the H-1B Participant Support Lifecycle with a focus on strategies to ensure participant success, increase completion and placement rates, and achieve completion and placement performance targets.
