Building Pathways Interim Reporting Guidance for the Quarter Ending March 31, 2024

H-1B Reporting Requirements

You are required to submit two reports to track performance in ETA’s Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS):

• Quarterly Performance Report (QPR)
  • Quantitative summary of participant outcomes
  • Compiled from an uploaded data file on all participants
• Quarterly Narrative Report (QNR)
  • Qualitative summary of grant activities for that reporting quarter

Both reports are due to DOL no later than the 15th of the 2nd month after the end of each reporting quarter.

Reporting Guidance for quarter ending March 31, 2024

For the quarter ending March 31, 2024:

• You will submit a QNR to ETA using WIPS
  • Covers activities from January 1, 2024 through March 31, 2024.
  • Due no later than May 15, 2024

• You will not upload a participant data file and submit a QPR
  • If your project serves participants during this quarter, information on these participants should be reported in aggregate in the QNR.
  • You will be required to report all participant data in WIPS starting in late 2024.
