About
Public-private partnerships are essential to the success of your TechHire grant program. A wide range of partners – from local and regional workforce agencies, education/training and support service providers, and employers and industry representatives – are key to meeting the talent and hiring needs of businesses and ensuring that job seekers have the tech-related skills needed for success.
The following assessment aims to help TechHire grantees more clearly envision how partnerships with service providers can be maximized, leveraged, and sustained. This tool was developed specifically to support two sessions that focus on service provider partnerships at the TechHire Virtual Institute 2018.
While this tool focuses on service providers, employers are also key partners in TechHire grants. A separate partnership assessment focused on employer partnerships will be shared with TechHire grantees in the coming weeks.
