About
As seasoned grant recipients know, “sustainability” planning is not an add-on task undertaken in the waning months of the grant. Rather, sustainability planning should be central to ongoing grant implementation in order for programs and initiatives to continue past the end of the grant lifecycle.
This resource, designed originally for the TechHire 2018 Sustainability Virtual Institute, can be utilized for any sustainability planning. TechHire Grantees are encouraged to use this Action Plan to help prioritize and link current activities to your project’s sustainability efforts. This tool can also help identify what might be missing from your current efforts.
