Are you an organization that serves individuals inside prison or work release facilities? Do you struggle with how to assess a prospective participant with a justice involved background?
The State Technical College of Missouri developed an intake interview tool to assess individuals with justice involved backgrounds readiness for change. In this tool the interviewer asks prospects:
- Where they see themselves in 10 years;
- What they value most;
- How they handle stress;
- And how they resolved a recent conflict.
