Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA)
This is the announcement for the Building Pathways Grant Program - FOA-ETA-23-31.
FOA ETA 23-31 (Amendment 1)
This is Amendment 1 to the FOA-ETA-23-31. The amendment, published on June 21, 2023, modifies language from the Executive Summary, Section I.C., Section I.D., Section I.E., Section III.A., Section IV.B.3., Section IV.E., and Appendix D.
Building Pathways Project Summaries
DOL awarded 34 Building Pathways grants.
Twenty-four (24) grants are part of the Development Track which will establish local and regional partnerships that will develop and implement worker-centered sector strategy training programs in one or more infrastructure-related sectors.
Ten (10) grants are part of the Scaling Track which will grow established programs that have demonstrated evidence of effectiveness in implementing a sector strategy training program in one or more infrastructure-related sectors using evidence-based training models. This will be accomplished by substantially increasing the geographic scope of their existing effective sector strategy training program and incorporate worker-centered sector strategies.

This Grantee Handbook developed by ETA provides pertinent information regarding the goals and expectations for managing an ETA competitively awarded grant.
Building Pathways Grantee Orientation
This webinar provides new grantees information about their Building Pathways grants and offers information on: Grant Program Overview; Federal Team Introductions; Grants Management: Award Package Overview; Grant Modifications; Conditions of Award; Performance Reporting Guidance; and Communication Methods.
DOL Sectoral Strategies and Employer Engagement Portfolio (SSEEP) Evaluation Resources
The Chief Evaluation Office (CEO) with the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is sponsoring the Sectoral Strategies and Employer Engagement Portfolio (SSEEP) evaluation which includes an implementation study of the Building Pathways grants.
