Ensuring a quality apprenticeship requires partnering organizations to deliver on-the-job training, related technical instruction, and industry-recognized credentials. Sometimes the RTI interests of employers may not always align with the content of post-secondary programs.
The goal of this dialogue is to provide grantees with practical tips, ideas, messages, and approaches for adapting post-secondary programs to serve as RTI.
