H-1B Training Activities and Outcomes Diagram

This resource provides an overview of the H-1B PIRL data elements that are used to record training activities and credential attainment outcomes for H-1B participants.  This version – updated in October 2018 – now includes PIRL 1813 (Date Completed, During Program Participation, an Education or Training Program Leading to a Recognized Postsecondary Credential or Employment (WIOA)), and PIRL 2126 (Entered Training-Related Employment).
