This peer-to-peer call featured a “mini-panel” of grantees who have some success in their Incumbent Worker services and performance. The peer call will also include opportunities for all grantees to share their challenges, as well as any successes with this target group.
The call will kick off with a general conversation among grantees sharing their challenges related to Incumbent Worker programming. A facilitated panel discussion will follow allowing for comments tailored to the challenges raised by call participants.
